When should I call I-MOVE Logistics?

Its Best to call I-MOVE Logistics weeks before your moving day so as to have a better planned move. One month before your move is ideal. Give us a call and we will send our moving supervisor over to the house to see what you will be moving, the supervisor will also go to your new location and know what kind of apartment it is, what floor, what size of doors etc. These pre-move surveys help us plan your move so we make it stress-free.

Does packing myself reduce the cost of moving?



Yes. it will reduce your cost of packing and you can get boxes and packing materials from us ​

Can you move me on Saturdays or Sundays?
 

We move Saturday but do not work on Sundays. If your move falls on a Sunday and there is an urgency about yout date, kindly give us a call so we confirm if we can move you or not.

​How long does it take to move?

​This depends on many factors, such as the size of your home and the actual amount of items to be moved, high rise buildings, stairs, elevators, apartments with long distances from unit to the truck, extreme weather and long-distance relocation.​ For home relocation, it typically takes between one to two days but it might take longer for office relocations.

How can I pay for my move?

We allow our customers to pay for their move via multiple channels. We accept cheque and bank transfers. Cheques must be written 3 working days before your move so they can clear  and payment confirmed.

How do I get estimates and what are the charges?

​

An i-Move Logistics supervisor will visit your residence and carry out a pre-move survey of your personal and household goods you want to be moved. A pre-move survey is needed to determine the approximate cost of your move, the amount of truck space your goods will occupy. i-Move Logistics will compute the approximate cost and send your relocation quote via email. An accurate quote cannot be calculated without a visual survey of the goods to be moved.
